FerroFlow Washplant
Mooi Nooi, North West

FerroFlow is one of South Africa's operational ferrous mineral wash plants in the North West Province. RegenX was contracted to deploy a full-scale biological water treatment system integrated with Kilovox IoT monitoring to address process water quality, reduce chemical inputs and improve overall tailings recovery.

The deployment represents the first full-stack Henko Group solution at a single site — combining Henko Mining OEM supply, RegenX biological treatment and Kilovox AI-powered IoT monitoring in one integrated operation.

Results to date demonstrate measurable improvement across all key performance indicators, with Kilovox data providing independent, audit-ready evidence of treatment efficacy.
